24 people have been killed by Russians in the convoy attack

The civilian car convoy was discovered in a “grey zone” between the towns of Kurylivka and Pishchane in the Kupyansk district of Kharkiv. The research determined that the shelling occurred on September 25 at around 9:00. This was previously shared by the Ukrainian Security Service.

They mention that a convoy of seven cars was discovered shot at the end of September between the liberated Kupyansk in the Kharkiv region and the Russian-occupied Svatove in the Luhansk region. There were at least 20 fatalities, including 10 kids.

“Six old cars and one Gazelle truck were shot at close range with small guns by a sabotage and intelligence crew of Russian troops in a savage attack on civilians. The aggressor showed that he intends to exterminate all Ukrainians, regardless of their age or gender”, Vasyl Malyuk remarked.

They are currently identifying the victims of the Russian atrocities, counting them, and recording and gathering evidence for the International Criminal Court. Some survivors provide law enforcement officials with testimony. Part 2 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code has been invoked to begin criminal proceedings (violations of the laws and customs of war, combined with intentional murder).

A video from the scene of the Russian war crime was subsequently released by the Ukrainian Security Service.

Oleg Oleg Sinegubov, the head of the Kharkiv Regional State, had earlier reported on the shot-up automobile convoy.

Preliminary evidence indicates that 20 persons were killed in automobiles. Invading Russian forces attacked residents who attempted to flee the shelling, according to Synyehubov.

He wrote, “This is cruelty that has no excuse.”

Investigations are now taking place, and law enforcement officials and specialists are working at the crime scene. Information is being made clear.
