FarmFleet, a Ukrainian agricultural company, has acquired more than $500,000 in foreign funding to help it grow.
Mykhailo Fedorov, Minister of Digital Transformation, announced this.
Drones and robotics to make farming easier
The startup uses drones, robotics, and other innovations to make farming easier. During the full-scale invasion, the DroneUA team launched it.
“This is a great example of Ukrainian business courage,” the minister remarked.
FarmFleet has already taken over the Ukrainian market, worth $3.7 million. The team is now preparing to expand into international markets and will shortly launch in the United States.
As noted on DroneUA’s Facebook page, the startup has attracted its first foreign investment of $550,000 and is expanding its unique development beyond Ukraine.
FarmFleet startup
FarmFleet is the only agribusiness platform that provides solutions for agricultural producers and service organizations by combining agricultural operations’ needs and technical capabilities to meet them with the engagement of outside contractors.
FarmFleet enables farmers to complete operations in a timely and high-quality manner despite weather variability, restricted capacity, and seasonal peak periods without wasting time pursuing resources and administration.
FarmFleet is an innovative online service and ERP system that may be applied for small and medium-sized enterprise (SME) farms as well as large corporations.
DroneUA announced the FarmFleet launch back in June 2022.
