New massive Russian missile attack on Ukraine: explosions and blackouts

On the morning of October 31, explosions were heard during an air threat alert in Kyiv, Vinnytsia, Poltava, and other regions of Ukraine. The Ukrainian air defense forces shot down several missiles but some of them hit the energy infrastructure – the main target of the Russian terror attack, Channel 24 reported.

The Russian invaders launched missiles at the Kharkiv and Zaporizhzhia regions. The air threat alert was announced in the entire country.
