Volodymyr Zelenskyy, the president of Ukraine, declares that as long as Vladimir Putin is in charge, Ukraine will not take part in negotiations with Russia. President Zelenskyy made this statement in a speech following the conclusion of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine meeting.
“Ukraine has always been a leader in negotiations. Our nation has consistently made Russia an offer to cooperate on terms that are equal, sincere, deserving, and just. With this Russian president, it is clear that this is not possible. He has no idea what honor and integrity are. Consequently, we are prepared for talks with Russia, but with a different Russian president ” – said Zelenskyy.
